Sprike is a venture studio. We design, build, launch and scale digital products, and we provide related product, growth and marketing services to our clients. Services for clients are provided under separate written agreements, proposals or statements of work. If such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement takes precedence.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Ownership of work created for clients is governed by the respective client agreement.
